Kalaripayattu intensive for the uninitiated

Kalaripayattu is one of the oldest fighting system in existence. It is based on elegant and flexible movements, evasions, jumps and weapons training. The intensive is structured to impart the basic principles of Kalaripayattu and work towards a public presentation on July 15th, 2017 at Gurunanak Bhavan Auditorium, Bengaluru. The classes will break down the technique into simple steps to make it accessible for beginners.
