and mental alertness, agility and fitness through enjoyable
movement sessions set to fabulous music from around the world.
These sessions are tailor-made for the needs of stressed executives,
who otherwise do not get a chance to be in touch with their
bodies and express themselves through physicality. The movement
sessions also provide a sense of community, achievement and
self-confidence as well as bring a breath of fresh air to their

Creative Art program, Attakkalari facilitates on behalf of organizations

ideas and feelings related to the work environment through the
use of different mediums of art. This team-building exercise
which is done through diverse art forms and arts-based activities
